Hi @rav3n  thank you. I got some more flowers today so am going to make some more. 

I’m really really tired today. I’m camped out on the couch. Last day of school holidays so don’t want to be hiding in my room as much as I would love to be there. Went and did groceries this morning and felt so sick while out. And have had a lot of stomach aches.

oh no, like stomach aches and sickness from feeling anxious/overwhelmed? or like flu/cold/cramps sickness? either way, hope you're staying warm and cosy. sometimes i like to take a few deep breaths while placing my hand over my chest/tummy (whereas the feeling is sitting) and remind myself that i'm in my safe space, and i am okay here. feel free to give it a try, no pressure 💙

i'm alright, didn't sleep too well so i'm lil tired... think it's time for me to make myself some coffee! also just realised i need to get the groceries tonight, so if i can tick that off tonight, that'll be enough of an accomplishment for my Monday.

Oh yep I’ll show you once I’ve done them @rav3n  im finding that really nice fake flowers are so expensive! Getting some of Temu to see what they are like. 

Hmm I’m not sure what it’s from…. Possible a consequence of an ED behaviour? So own fault really and shouldn’t really complain 😔

We did groceries this morning, Monday must be the day for it.

oh really!? i thought they'd be cheaper... but now that i think about it, it does make sense since it lasts longer @Bow hoping the temu ones work out! have you order lots from temu before? i've heard so many mixed stories 😆

EDs are complicated, and you’re allowed to feel crappy about something without blaming yourself. you deserve to be heard 💙 has the sick feeling eased a lil?

Oh @rav3n  have I ordered lots from Temu or what!!! 😂 😂 way too much!! Majority has all been fine. And you get one free return per order and sometimes they let you keep the item and refund you anyways.  If I need something I’ll always look on Temu first. 

Nausea comes and goes. As do the stomach pains. It’s rough. 

Oh yes we got there. I bought way too many books. Like 30 books, plus a collectors box of 22 little books. It was a beautiful secondhand store. Books floor to ceiling and one whole book case of Alice books. And as soon as you step inside you can smell the books. The old man didn’t really understand why I was buying so many books. And why I picked a couple of really old books with parts of the cover torn and missing.

haha glad that it's been mostly a good experience for you! i've heard about the size of certain products being misleading, and some battery-operated items being made with poor quality batteries... but besides that, seems like it's pretty decent! @Bow 

aww no, that does sound rough. do heat packs help you? hoping Mr Sloth is also around for the extra bit of comfort 💙

OMG 30!!! AND the collectors box!!! i can just imagine the smell of those books, sounds like such a lovely place to visit. AND YES PLS, i'd love to see what you collected!!
